Terrible, Basically a Scam

Nexus is so incredibly either dishonest or incompetent (or both) that they might just be an outright scam. I confirmed with them multiple times that my pickup would be on a specific date and they confirmed multiple times, in writing and verbally, that it would be. Day of the pickup I hear nothing from them. They don't answer my calls to the extent that I think they screened my number. Then, over the next 3 days, I get a series of ridiculous excuses such as- driver was in an accident, driver is sick, driver is in jail (yes, they actually said this) until finally they told me to just leave my $110,000 car with the keys in a parking lot and that eventually they'd pick it up. Obviously didn't do that and asked for a refund of my deposit, which of course they didn't issue. Clearly they never had any intention of picking up my car on the guaranteed date. Terrible people that caused me an unbelievable amount of stress.
