After a few weeks of learning what really happens when you have something hauled and having a TON of brokers waste my time and make me promises I got ahold of Teresa, she made it happen, it cost me a LOT of money but that was on me not her. Her son David is a idiot that did nothing but get in the way and screw things up, they would be a descent company if he wasn't in the way. After they got the ball rolling and got their (deposit) money I never heard from them again, I called and emailed trying to find something out and never heard a thing, they finally answered the phone and was told the driver would call (he did the night before which was a day late), the driver was a day late and I had to go to work 2hrs late on a Monday morning, the driver was a dirt ball but got the job done. My truck was DIRTY from being trailered through a lot of snow, I had to spend $20 to get it clean and wash it for 3hrs, nothing they could really do about it though. Lots of stained on salt.

If I didn't have to deal with her son that knew nothing and got in the way, and they stayed in contact to tell me what was going on, and the driver showed up on the right day it would have been a great experience. With a little work Nguyen Logistics could be a good broker.

I hate the whole broker\moving experience, it is nice to know that there are a few brokers that can get the job done though. Most of that is luck on their part in knowing a driver\owner that is in the right time at the right place and is willing to do the haul. This whole having your vehicle moved thing is all luck anyways.

Of the brokers out there I would probably call Teresa first but you have to realize that they just call a trucker and you have to hope for the best on that end...

I did this review on my own, I don't get a rebate for doing it, I just thought it might help someone else. I think you can tell I am not being biased lol

Not sure what customer is talking about, NOBODY ever answers the phone but me ,as I'am the ONLY person in the office. When I would call he was not sure what Company I was with as he had Booked with 3 diffrent Companiies .He called me and said do whatever you have to get get this moved as another Company had it for weeks.His complaint about it being DIRTY I'am sure what he expected it was a snow storm.
