Rude customer service! I Gave them 1 month notice of time when to pick up car. They dispatched carrier but nobody showed. Many lies told like we will call you back or the driver called you but never happened. I was told they would ship it next day. Again, nobody showed and no calls. Third and fourth day same deal. I needed to ship car so had to get another company to do it which was done within just 2 days notice. After I changed brokers they never refunded me the $254 deposit. So, all they have to do to make the deposit money is call a phantom driver? Crazy fraud if you ask me.
