This company agreed to transport my vehicle on 5-19-13. They never arrived, wouldn't reply to my numerous telephone calls and caused me to move across the country without my car.
Then on 6-20-13 charged my bank account $136.00 claiming I cancelled the contract! I have spent hours on the phone to no avail. On 7-12-13 Ms.Brooks said they would refund my money but still have not. Evidentely the term for the transport quote is "low-balled" and they couldn't find a driver.
This is unacceptable business dealings. I have now contacted my bank trying to recover this insulting charge.
