Hey guys, I had my car shipped from NorCal to Orlando right after Christmas. I talked with Sue at Nitro and the whole way through she was very understanding, professional, and kind. I didn't feel like she was trying to shop me. They will not deduct a finder's fee from your card until AFTER you have been assigned a carrier, which I liked. I had talked to one other transport company and they tried to cheat me; not only that, they were rude on the phone. With Nitro, my pick up was two days late. They gave me an expected delivery date but my car arrived two days after that. Luckily, I had left some time in between to cover that, just in case. The only other "gripe" I have is that they didn't call or get back to me until the day that I had requested a pickup. Other than that, Nitro was a good company to work with and I would definitely work with them again. They have a 4 to 5 star rating across the board, they're BBB credited, and they seem to care a lot about their customers. Even the guy that dropped off my car was very friendly. My car came to FL in great shape. All my stuff was still inside and everything looked great. Nothing looked like it had been touched. I've shipped my car twice so far and I'm more impressed with Nitro.
