Sue is a great communicator who got the job done! She let us know in advance how the system works, and was completely honost and up front. They tell you on the websites not to use "brokers", but this broker is reliable and for a reasonable price. There were cheaper quotes for our transport needs, but they did not present the information in a reassuring or positive manner as Sue did. Mike from Speedy Duck was our actually transporter and he also was a great guy and got the job done quickly and without worry for us. Great job all around :-)
