My vehicle was scheduled to be picked up today door to door pick up and daylin called asking to meet him somewhere( speaking very unprofessional, never stated his named). Made all kinds if excuses about traffic, he was suppose to call 24hrs ahead of time a schedule a pick up & he never called until I called Janice and she dispatched him then he called still never scheduled a pick up time. I paid $95deposit and. Had to cancel their service and they won't give me my deposit back . I booked through Christopher at AAA transporters and he told me i can get my deposit back utilize he believed the lies Dailyn told him and went back on his word . I wouldn't advise no one to use this company at all they are rip offs. They promise door to door and then try to get you to meet them closer. Very unprofessional company
