Before I needed to ship a Ford Explorer from Charlotte to St. Paul, MN, I was totally unfamiliar with the auto transport business. I filled out an online form and over the next few days received more than a dozen responses by phone and email. Of course it is hard to turn over your vehicle to a company you never heard of. I selected Terry Robinson and No Limit Auto Shippers because we had a good conversation on the phone and because the company has a DOT license since it is not just an auto transport broker but also a licensed trucking company. The amazing thing was that three or four hours after I committed and made my deposit, an auto transport guy was at my door ready to haul the vehicle away. It was delivered two days later, as promised. Obviously I would do business with the same people again and would recommend them to anyone.
