No Limits Logistics Inc offered the best price comparing to the others. When the carrier asked for a higher rate, they took off the difference from the deposit for themselves, so our total cost kept the same, showing they held a good honesty. Well, the actual pickup time was delayed for several days than the scheduled time. And they did not update with me in time. I have to call them, but not easy to get hold of them. The customer service should be improved. The carrier driver was a nice young man, though came to pick up the car at night and also delivered the car at night at destination, not ideal, but no other complaints about the driver from TopLine.
