I want to start off by saying that this is an honest review about my experience with the company. I was moving from North Carolina to California. When I first requested the service, I was in contact with Frank. He was very responsive and always looking to help. He also made sure I was kept in the loop. However, he ended up leaving the company unexpectedly, and from there I was working with Victoria. She was left in a tough spot but her Customer service remained excellent. She was very responsive and she made sure my car was taken care of and times when I was a bit flustered, she made sure I knew what was going on. There were a few mishaps along the way but things happen. Traffic can be unpredictable and other things can happen. I believe Victoria stayed on top of everything to make sure her customer (me) was comfortable and confident with the service being provided. Thank you!
