On behalf of everyone at Non Stop Auto Transport, I would like to apologize for the trouble you had experienced with us recently. This comes as a shock to me given the attention we devote to every client and every transaction. My colleague did mention to you one of the options we had as the hauler being a soft side- which you agreed with no problem- if it was a problem you should've advised us that wasn't in your criteria. We were very communicative with you during business hours. Driver was very honest and made sure the incident is being very well taken care of. The damage is not what you make it seem. We are a honest company where we try our best to accommodate all our clients. Thank you for your feedback which we deeply appreciate.
