Yesterday I put my 22 yr old step-daughter on a plane to CA for grad school. The plan was to have her car be there by Labor Day. It has been 8 days and the car is still in our driveway and not picked up. Same as all the other reviews- no communication, blatant lying, wish I saw this beforehand as it seems that everybody's truck "broke down" too! I truly do not know how these people can work for this company and sit around all day and lie to people. 8 days and not ONE return phone call regarding status of failed pick up. I'm looking elsewhere at this point and realize that I will need to take legal action to get my deposit back. Why hasn't this obvious scam of a company been taken down for Breach of Contracts??????
