These people are liars and feel that they might be surviving on not transporting and keeping the advance paid.These people never transported the vehicle and now when I am trying to get my refund they are not responding at all .None of my emails or telephones are returned even for once.Even if you get through to customer service you are told they are trying and will call you back but nothing happens.
I have never had such an experience with any other company ever.
It was the worst decision I ever made dealing with this company.
