Our car was to be shipped from Boston to Utah. They were late so we left on our plane and were told it would be picked up that day. Two weeks later our car was still in our driveway in Boston. Their excuse was the truck had broken down, and we were told we would have to pay more money and our car still wouldn't be to Utah when we needed it. This is when we realized they were LIARS and SCAMMING us. My husband had to fly back to Boston and drive our car across the country. Now THREE MONTHS later we still haven't received our deposit back. I call every week and leave multiple messages, nobody calls me back. I was told four times our check was sent---haven't seen it. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I can't believe they are still in business. You would think after the hell they put you through they would gladly give your own money back to you, but I think this is how they are staying in business.
