Carbon copy scenario to others posted. Complete run around, unanwered phone calls, messages, endless holds, false status of driver location. At one point driver was 80 miles North of pick-up location, after five days he still was not there. CNX order on sixth day after scheduled pick-up. Requested refund of deposit, put a restriction to prevent them from debiting my account, contacted NY and TX Better Business Bureaus (BBBs) and referred them to military staff judge advocate. Clever game they are playing with saying sales and customer service not co-located, drivers in "dead areas", I would not trust them to move a dead shrub!
