DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS! I was contacted after posting fora rate comparison. Ryan told me that they had an enclosed trailer that had a space they needed to fill and he would give me a great deal (Big discount)on the price if Icould arrange to meet his pickup date. I told him I could. They took my bank routing number and had $150.00 deposit the next day. Her was supposed to pick up my car in CA on the 3rd of Nov. Weeks went by Many, many, many calls to the office, put on hold again and again. Never any calls back from my voice messages. Got a story from Ryan , Maria CS, and dispatcher, that they were going to pick up tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow....... Finally was able to talk with Ryan again, and he says OOOOPS! sorry we made a mistake, we can't ship your car for the price I gave you. ( I had heard him confirm the price with his manager and received an email confirmation with that price.) We need $550.00 more to ship it that way!!!! 6 weeks have gone by now and still no return of my deposit, Calls to the office said it is in reveiw.........

North American Auto Transport apologizes for the pick up delay of your vehicle. There are many factors that can caused delays for trucks such as weather, customer's schedules and normal traffic delays. Our driver was scheduled to pick up the vehicle 2 days after the estimated pick up date; however,, the seller in California said the car was not available for pick up as he was waiting for funds. He said pick up on the following Monday would be better. We rerouted our driver and scheduled your car on a later truck. We did give the option of an expedited truck for a delivery in 2 days for additional money to offer options. Again, we apologize for the original delay and that we were not able to meet your timing needs.
