My experience with North American Auto Transport was quite pleasurable. The customer service was superb. They were very helpful and adequate with fulfilling my needs. It was a very easy, smooth process. The drivers were especially flexible with my busy schedule as a college student. They even called me 12 hours in advance like I was promised. Another factor that made me want to write such an outstanding review is the reasonable price. Their price included all expenses with no hidden fees. I was also amazed at the efficiency of the actual delivery. It only took 6 days to get my car from New York to Florida! As I said before, I was very pleased with the customer service, especially the woman who booked me. Stephanie was very helpful. The overall process was flawless and I would be happy to do business with this company again. I will probably be using them to ship my car back home eventually.
