Our original driver was running late due to snow in Iowa as well as mechanical and brake problems after the snow. We do allow a 3-5 day pick up window for these delays however, we did surpass the amount of time our window allows. We rerouted and absorbed the fees for another truck to pick up Mr. Minko's car on the 12th and delivery was a few days later. North American Auto Transport apologizes for the delay of our carrier and hoped we were able to satisfy the remaining transit.
