I did a lot of research trying to find the best company to go with. Not the cheapest or most expensive, but some place in between. I wanted to go with someone that had their own trucking company after reading all the reviews. Well it appears that this company also uses dispatchers and does not have their own trucks as promised. I was told my car would be picked on Friday, then I was told it would be picked up on Saturday, then I was told it would be picked on Monday. See where this is going....It was not picked up until Tuesday morning and it was picked up by a towing company and taken to a ship yard. North American Auto Transport promised that my car would not be taken to any terminal. It would be picked up and shipped to me on one truck, their truck. Do not use this company. These people lie to get your money. They talk a good game and I was hesitant to go with them and should have gone with my first instinct. Stay far away.
