After believing the sales pitch and confirming the order with them, that was the last time they called to inform me what was happening. They would not return calls after messages were left. The only I could speak to someone was if they just happened to answer the phone. Their own truck that was to be there in a week after the deposit was made broke down, and we had to call them days later to find this out after the car wasn't picked up. Then they brokered the haul to someone else whose truck also broke down the following week. NAATC provided information which always conflicted with the information from the brokered truck firm dispatcher. I canceled the order after three weeks of their lying and non-responsiveness, and now they won't refund my deposit.
