I was on a time crunch, my fault to be honest, and had already spoken to 5 different companies. Sam was the first one I can honestly say that gave a hoot about getting my car shipped a.s.a.p. The first truck we had tried to line up, just didn't pan out, but thats ok. Sam kept calling me to reassure me he was working on it and even worked out a great price for me. The driver on the other hand, I'd rather never deal with again. He picked up my car as promised by Sam, on January 4th, after that I was never able to get in communication with me, luckily I had Sam backing me up the whole time. 3 days later, I received a call from a third party telling me the truck had broke down and was taken back to Philly. Mind you, NJ to Philly is maybe 80 miles, not much of a distance to be covered in 3 days. Sam was patient with me and VERY prompt at answering the phones, even helped me out when I was strapped for cash and couldn't come up with the additional fees due to being stuck in a hotel close to work. I will definitely be using Sam again, his number one concern is the customer, and that my friends is a fact! I unfortunately have really bad luck with everything, but in the end, it all worked out and I can't be any happier.
