Overall the service was good,they were very punctual to pick up the car on time,actually they were the only company that was able to pick up my car on my last day in Seattle so Ididn't have to go to the hassle to rent a car, just took my flight next day
they offer delivery bettween 4-5 days , but was delivered in 7 days , not terribly and even with th 5 days I was going to rent a car at my destination,so you should be prepare to those arrengments. The office always return my call immediately and answer my questions and kept me informed. The car arrived in good conditions. They are not the chepest company but they were reliable and trusted
