A friend directed me to this company after I have been looking around to ship my motorcycle that I purchased. I called and received an answer immediately with a price. The customer service was outstanding, probably one of the best I have ever had. With them being based all the way over in the eastern side, I thought it would be difficult to get in touch with them due to my job and going to school, but it was not the case. Someone would pick up, even after normal business hours and give me answers on the spot; there was none of that "I will call you back" stuff. I was kept in the loop at all times, and it was pleasant speaking with anyone who picked up the phone. This is definitely a company who prides themselves on their customer service, and if they don't then they definitely should.
