This was my first time transporting a vehicle. I was VERY Skeptical, but number one transport called me and left me a voicemail of all the warnings. It basically said do NOT pay a deposit, which is so true!! I decided to use Number one auto transport, and I was BLOWN away! Every single person I talked to on the phone was EXTREMELY nice, and HONEST! I sent an email out for quotes from a website and Mickey called me the very next day, because of number one's attentiveness and HONESTY I felt good about my decision on using them! I needed to send my car to my son who is in the military (from Los Angeles Vicinity to Bossier City LA, Barksdale AFB) and the driver knew the base and exactly which gate to drop the car off at. The communication between Number One and the driver was EXCELLENT! My son got his car in 3 days. The driver told me on pickup the date and time he would be there. There was NO damage on my vehicle, and my driver was super NICE! We stayed in contact the whole weekend, he called me an hour before he was to arrive. I cannot thank Number One auto transport Inc. enough for getting my vehicle to my son! I would recommend this company to everyone!!!!!:)
