In doing my research for sending my car out initially to CA, Sam and Number 1 Auto were very reliable and helpful, even though we ultimately went with a different company. When I was having trouble with the first company, Sam from Number 1 Auto Transport Inc. made himself available to help if things fell through with the first company. After my experience with the first company, and all the help Sam and Number 1 Auto gave me throughout that first transport, I decided to go with my initial choice of Sam and Number 1 Auto, and I am glad I did. The call wait is not very long (if not immediate), the people at Number 1 are very personable and are eager to assist you in any way possible, and their drivers are very reliable and personable. With Number 1 Auto Transport Inc I did not have to chase after the shipping company and driver for information on pickup/delivery or for updates where my car was like I had to do with the first company. The drivers for Number 1 came right to my door to pick up my car in California, and delivered my car right to my door in Connecticut (unlike the first company where I had to go to the truck rather than the truck come to me.) After my first experience shipping my car cross country, I was weary of shipping my car back and dealing with the same hassles I experienced with the first company, however, I can honestly say that after my experience with Sam and his team at Number 1 Auto Transport Inc. I would definitely use their company again, and I would encourage any of my friends/family to use their company because I know and have experienced what a great service Number 1 Auto Transport Inc provides.
