These guys were fabulous to deal with. I changed my destination from NH to MA and they were great. I ultimately had to cancel my reservation ( United wanted me to buy an $1100 crate for my dog) and they didn't charge a cancellation fee and were just nice and professional AND funny!!!.
I'd use them again in a heatbeat!
