To begin with I am sure anyone can relate to the presumed anxiety I felt with transporting my Acura MDX from As far west as it gets~ Seattle Washington to the other side of the world~ Washington DC. We were extremely apprehensive about the process. There were several factors involved that caused for concern; financial cost, safety, security, insurance and timeframe to get car to destination. I had surveyed 8 different transport companies speaking to too many sales representatives to the point it became mentally exhausting! I did NOT want to deal with a broker and in my distressing search I found Number 1 Auto Transport. After examining the website which seemed fairly impressive I made the call and after being greeted by Robert I was sold. What compelled me to go with this company is entirely the personal engagement I felt with Robert. He seems so down to earth and truly in tuned to what I needed to happen. He communicated exactly what he could do for me in a very honest and professional manner. That was important for me. Robert was very sincere with his east coast charm and he definitely stood out from the rest. SO~ I was sold on the advertising and personal treatment and especially how he responded in timely manner calling me back and providing me the answers to all my questions such as guaranteed pick up time vs. Delivery and total cost. Naturally I was impressed but could Robert DELiIVER everything he promised? After interviewing 8 different auto transport companies I learned ALOT and honestly my car could have taken 3 weeks to arrive but because I chose Number 1 Auto Transport my car arrived in 4 days!!!! So of coarse I am ecstatically HAPPY! I tipped my driver $50 because I was so grateful! I LOVE Number 1 Auto Transport! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.. Let me tell you~ Robert is amazing and I give a lot of credibility to him for his excellent communication and working so hard to deliver what he promised! I also credit the drivers for making it happen! :) I will definitely call upon Robert for ALL my moving needs! I have to thank this guy because his friendly attitude is really what made me chose him and I actually had set up a move with DAS but because they gave me a window period of 7 days to pick up my car I was starting to panic and in desperation I called number 1 Auto Transport! Amazing... Now I just have to wait for my furniture to get here... ;( I only wish Robert did furniture..
