When picking up my car, driver charged me for stuff in my car, even after I discussed it with the agent Sam Green. When talking to Sam, I explained the additional charge of $75, and Sam was kind enough to refund me the money after the delivery! Sam has been a lifesaver for me! I think his customer service is superb and because of him alone, I will refer this company!!! Thank you
