Second time shipping a purchased vehicle to KY from out-of-state. I went online when my 2011 Silverado was paid for to get some quotes to get it up here from TX… well, my e-mail and phone started going CRAZY!! Literally 15-20 random companies. Some of the companies were scams. Robert with Number 1 was one of the only actual humans who called me (not a recording) and sounded legit. He left a message, I called back, and we spoke for a while. He took his time with me and was honest about how this business works. He told me what price to go for, what would be a stretch, and what was too high. We decided on a starting point and then their take on top of that. Very in-line with other quotes and a bit less than most. But more important- Robert's communication was EXCELLENT… answered all my silly questions, returned my e-mails and texts right away, and when a driver picked my shipment off the "board" Robert was on the horn early on a Sunday morning to let me know we got a bite. Truck was picked up the next day and here in KY on Wednesday morning. Nice driver, great service all around. On budget to the penny. DON'T get blown up with scams and quotes from dozens of companies… just call Number 1. And don't let Robert's thick NY accent intimidate you! He is great.
