As soon as Sam Green spoke to my I was confident I was in good hands. I trusted him right off the bat. He assured me of everything and delivered. He is essentially a broker and does not ask for a deposit at all. You pay in full upon delivery. I initially was going to use Elite but when you don't get replies to your emails or phone calls you don't feel comfortable, but with Sam at Number One Auto Transport I never even felt the need to ask for updates. I knew I was using a reputable company and Sam is over all a good guy. I felt it on a personal level and the trucker Arthur Express was very professional and personable too. Five Stars all around
