I was dreading shipping my car. I read a lot of reviews about different companies that made me really nervous about the whole thing. I finally chose number 1 auto transport because 1. they had great reviews, and 2. when I called and spoke with Mickey, he was upfront and honest about the entire process. The price he quoted me was the price I ended up paying, and it was cheaper than quotes I got from several other companies. Mickey stayed in contact with me through the whole process and I was never left wondering what was going on with my car. I gave him a earliest available date for pick up and they picked the car up the following day. The entire transport from Washington state to New York took 12 days - that is not long at all with all things considered.

My car was delivered on time, with no damage. The driver call me a few days before to let me know when he would arrive, and he was on time and really nice. Mickey followed up with me to make sure everything went smoothly.

All in all, I could not be happier with my experience with Number 1 Auto Transport and Mickey.
