From the time I talked with Max, I knew that there was something right about this company. No pushiness. No they weren't the first company to call me when I started looking for quotes to move my classic 55 Buick, but they were the one I went with to do the move. Max and I were able to cut to the chase about what I needed, what I had, how quick I wanted and needed the move done, and gave me a firm quote. No base price. No add-on's. A firm quote. I talked with Max prior to my purchasing of the vehicle and was looking to get everything wrapped up logistically for the move at the best price for the best service. Max sent me an email showing me this site so I could research the various companies that had responded to my seeking quotes. I spent the time researching them all, including Number1 and found that this is the only company with NO complaints. It was spooky how the complaints of other companies echoed with my experiences with them on the phone and how they handled themselves. I decided to use Number1 before the deal was finished. Once the deal was completed, I called and talked to Max. Not only did he remember my name, but also remembered the city the car was coming from, destination, but he also remembered the quote. We got the paperwork finalized, and he let me know that the dispatcher, Rob, would be in touch with me. I spoke with Rob and initially was promised a Monday pick up time because his primary driver that would be picking up the vehicle and delivering it to me had a busted winch on his truck that needed repair. I let Rob know that there was a time crunch and he came through with a pick up on Friday evening after 5! The car came to my house with no problems and everything promised. Forget about going with anyone else, go with Number1. Everything they promise, the fulfill.
