I was a FIRST TIME USER of auto transport. I put my email in several internet sites. I received several phone calls and emails. I spoke to many companies and researched multiple companies . Lauren was honest and helpful from the beginning. I spoke with her multiple times - she always was very informative and knowledgeable. This move was for my parents - and she was very helpful with the many questions. Transport reviews was a fantastic resource. Jake the driver was very kind and put my elderly parents at ease. I would use this company and Lauren again without question. I am writing this review because it is honest and I hope it helps someone else like all the reviews I read that helped me
