From the very first call...Chris (my sales rep) was awesome....he knew I was nervous about the transport and he made me feel completely comfortable....the car was shipped from Connecticut to Washington to my son who is in the Navy.....Chris was able to upgrade the transport to an enclosed carrier because of a cancellation and there was no additional cost.......Chris kept me informed almost daily on the progress of the trip.....there were no hidden fees at the end...the price they told me was the price I paid.....Benjamin (the driver) kept in contact with me and my son when he arrived in Washington....he went out of his way to meet my son near the naval base so he could avoid taking a 2 hour tax ride.....the car was received in perfect condition....we will definitely recommend this company to anybody looking to transport their vehicle....my experience with Number 1 Auto Transport Group was completely seamless...Thank you again!
