Dealing with Max Parker at Number 1 Auto Transport was very good. The driver asked if he could pick-up the vehicle one day early. We agreed and he said that he would deliver within 24 hours. This would be one daily early but the receiving people made some major changes to accommodate the driver. At it turned out, it took the driver 48 hours to deliver and he made a number of delivery times which he did not make. This caused major problems on the receiving end. The person receiving the vehicle did not want to pay the driver until it was unloaded. The driver would not unload until until he was paid - he finally drove off with the vehicle. Max Parker did get the driver to return, payment was made to the driver, and the vehicle was unloaded. The driver was very careful with the vehicle. I would use Number 1 again as well as the same driver , but just need to have a better understanding about the driver changing the schedule and payment on delivery.
