Amazing service from start to finish

What a great experience!! This was our first time transporting anything!!! Rich was so honest and helpful. He told me to check out a bunch of websites that review the quality of service of many transport company's. He then went even further to have me check with the Better Business Bureau. Number 1 Auto Transport seemed too good to be true! The only delays and problems we had were on my end and they patiently waited for me to get it all straightened out. Then Sam Green contacted me to say the truck had been dispatched and not too long after that he emailed to say "Eleanor" our new addition, had been loaded and was on her way to us. That was on a Friday in Kentucky and the car was scheduled to arrive on Long Island, NY on Monday. Well, Sunday afternoon, Igor, the driver called to ask if he could possibly deliver the car that day, a day early!!! He took such care with the car, as if it were his own as he unloaded it, and its quite the process to watch!
