Joe at Number 1 Auto Transport did an absolutely phenomenal job handling shipping my vehicle. I needed my vehicle picked up just one day after dispatch and needed it delivered no later than four days after dispatch. While I had a dozen or so other companies promising me delivery in that time frame and quoting unbelievably low prices, Joe assured me that those deals were too good to be true, and he was absolutely right. Upon researching those companies, I discovered many reports of horror stories that included vehicles arriving many days late, damaged, or never picked up in the first place. Another common theme with the lower priced companies was that customers' vehicles were "held hostage" until the customer forked over a far greater sum than the original quote. Joe at Number 1, however, refused to over promise and tell me what I wanted to hear. He said he was pretty confident he could meet my delivery deadline, but he wouldn't give me a 100% commitment. Strangely enough, this convinced me to give him my business because I knew he was a straight shooter and not just feeding me a line of BS to get my business. So I paid a little more than the bottom dollar companies for the extra peace of mind. And boy am I glad I did. Joe dispatched a carrier on a Tuesday, the car was picked up Wednesday, and it was in my possession on Thursday. I would have been happy to have it by Saturday or Sunday. This was a high dollar, brand new car being shipped via enclosed transport and it arrived ahead of schedule without a scratch on it. It is very apparent that this company only deals with the most reputable shipping companies, which is evident when you look them up on this website and can't find a single negative review about them. If you're thinking about saving a few bucks by using a less reputable company, don't. You'll end up paying far more in the long run. This company truly cares about customer satisfaction. I will be a repeat customer and referring my friends.
