I purchased a car for my daughter and needed to have it transported from Southern California to Northern California.  On a Friday I started looking for an automobile transport company.  I requested quotes from several companies.  Most companies responded with a quote via email.   However, Larry of Number 1 Auto Transport contacted me directly by phone.  At 11:30am on a Monday, I agreed to go with Number 1 Auto Transport.  Without any negotiating on my part, they matched the lowest quote I had received, and Larry was making it easy for me to go with them as he did all the work and I didn’t have to lift a finger.  Tuesday morning a driver made arrangements to pick up the car in Southern California, and by 8:10 Wednesday morning (less than 48 hours after signing the contract) I had the car in my driveway in Northern California.  The process was incredibly quick and painless.  It was surreal looking at the car in my driveway knowing that I hadn’t done a thing to transport it from SoCal.  The car was delivered in excellent condition.  The driver was polite and professional.  The delivery window was between 8:00am and Noon.  At 8:00am sharp Ricky, the driver, called me to tell me that he was across the street from my home and ready to deliver the vehicle. Given all of this and the fact that they had the lowest quote has made me an advocate for Number 1 Auto Transport.  I would not hesitate to use Number 1 Auto Transport again, and I would recommend the company to friends and relatives without reservation.
