Chevy Silverado Pickup w/ 2 Knaack Boxes in Bed of Truck

This was my first time shipping a vehicle and Joe Carter made it a piece of cake! I was overwhelmed with all of the different brokers calling and emailing for a quote, but the first conversation with Joe assured me he was the man to make it happen. From the pricing to the details and delivery, I couldn’t be a happier customer! The company I work for needed our 2009 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Ext Cab 4WD shipped from Washington to Michigan, but the catch was having two Knaack Boxes strapped in the bed of the truck being shipped. Our original quote was $1,175.00 for JUST the truck itself. Once I told him we needed the Knaack Boxes, it did understandably increase to a total of $1,600.00 for BOTH the boxes and truck. I can’t even express my appreciation for the time and effort Joe put into helping me make this happen. Their dispatch team was also phenomenal! I called their dispatch three days after the truck was picked up and they immediately called the driver and called me back within minutes with a confirmed date for delivery. It took 7 days to get from Washington to Michigan (we weren’t in any rush). The driver that was delivering our truck called to confirm the delivery and notified us that he would be arriving within an hour. When the driver arrived, he unloaded our truck, parked it in our office parking lot and walked up to our suite to hand me the keys and sign for it. My truck made it safe and sound without any damages or issues. I would highly recommend Number 1 Auto Transport and I will be using them the next time I need a vehicle shipped!
