I originally went to UShip and chose a highly rated company who offered one of the lowest bids to transport a vehicle I purchased out of Pa to be sent to SC. Days turned into weeks and there was still no sign of my vehicle being picked up. The company I chose had also charged the full amount to my credit card before even picking up the vehicle. They were no longer responsive on the phone and I needed a new plan. I checked Yelp reviews and found that Number 1 Auto Transport was highly regarded, so I called.

I spoke to Joe Carter, Joe gave me the actual reason why my vehicle had not been picked up and claimed he could have it in 24-72 hours, maybe sooner. These guys sounded New Yorkish, LOL, maybe a little too much, but I figured the reviews were good and I had no choice. Joe was GREAT, my vehicle was picked up the next day and delivered in a day. They didn't charge a penny until I said everything was good, and the vast majority of the bill was paid to the driver after I inspected the vehicle. I've shipped 4 vehicles in my life, NUMBER 1 AUTO TRANSPORT AND JOE WERE EASILY THE BEST I'VE USED. Great guys, did just what they said they would, even better.
