I found this company after being left to miss my flight by another Broker. I was promised the world by some low ball carrier because I had no idea how this industry works. After missing my flight by chance I answered my cell phone on a Sunday and was so happy when I spoke to a person named Chris. He was calling me because I sent my information again and within 5 minutes I received a call. Chris actually apologized on behalf of the industry and was able to work with his dispatcher Sammy on providing me with a price. I felt a little nervous at first but must say after Chris explained the industry including explaining all of the excuses these other companies provide when they fail to pick you up I felt he understood the frustration I was feeling. Chris provided me with a window of 1-3 days from the day of signing the deal and I was blown away when Sammy called me that same evening with a drivers name and phone number. As promised he followed up with an email with the drivers name and phone number. Needless to say my Car was picked up the very next day and arrived at my home within 4 days. Number 1 Auto Transport is the gold standard of the industry. I will recommend this company to everyone I know and will use them again if I ever need to transport a vehicle again.
