So before thinking of transporting my car, I was very hesitant with the process, because no one around me knew anything about it, so I tried delaying the process for about 3 months trying to get family members to help me out, but I was out of luck. I turned to Google and started researching and put my email (i made a new email because those people send a lot daily) in one of those search engines who give your email and number to companies/people dealing with that kind of stuff. I kept getting so many emails and calls with people giving me really cheap prices as "quotes" but apparently those are the people to watch out from because they increase the price by the time your car arrives. Then I remember i got a voicemail message that caught my attention from Joseph. He briefly told me what they do, and assured me that they're a reliable company, who give you a contract and the fee is fixed, it does not increase and he also warned me about those people giving me quotes, and that totally made sense to me. I also read reviews, did my research, and read very good things, especially about Joseph, so I went ahead and contacted him.
Joseph is really great, honest and so patient, and he told me what to do, what to expect, gave me the contract to sign, was patient with my crazy schedule and waiting for me to call back every time before going on to the next step. All you have to do is give them your free times from your end and the origin of where you want your car picked up, and there's a form signed when its picked up and when its dropped off to ensure nothing was damaged, etc.
If you're interested in how the process is money wise, basically they take a deposit from your credit card right after your car is picked up from the origin, then once the car arrives at the destination, you pay the driver the rest of the amount in cash or check.
Overall, it was a very great and simple, stress-free experience with Number 1 Auto Transport for a first time user in this business, and I will definitely reach out to Joe again in the future for myself or anyone I know. I am a very stressful person and over-thinker, but having my car transported with this company was a very good decision that I did not regret. Thank you so much for the awesome experience!
