Being the first time I've ever had to transport a vehicle, let alone from Portland, Oregon to Kalamazoo, Michigan, I was very unsure how it would unfold. When I looked for quotes, I was given numerous, from the unbelievably low to outrageously high. AmeriFreight gave me a very fair quote, $1590, for an enclosed trailer, using OK Auto Carrier. I was pleased with the quote & signed the agreement.
My car was picked up on Friday, the 4th of April. Initially, car was put onto an open trailer, but after contacting carrier, I was assured that was only for about 5 miles, because the enclosed trailer couldn't get into the neighborhood. Peter, my contact at OK Auto Carrier, was very knowledgeable & reassured me all was fine.
Roman, the driver, called me on Thursday, the 10th of April, to let me know he'd be delivering my car between 4:30 & 5:30 pm. That was a day earlier than expected, but fine with me! Roman arrived right around 5:30, enclosed trailer & car in excellent condition!
I would highly recommend OK Auto Carrier for any auto transport needs.
