I had never had to use an auto transport company before but when my friend borrowed my car and it broke down in New Jersey, I didn't have any other choice. OSA was very professional and helpful right from the start. The dispatch operator kept me very well informed and secured a truck right away. OSA had the cheapest transport and the quickest, which was vital for me since my car was stuck at a lot charging me $40 a day. The driver even paid for my towing and storage fees up front since the lot wouldn't take my credit card over the phone. He was paid back, but being willing to give $200+ up front for a customer hundreds of miles away was very impressive to me. If I ever had to use a transport again, I would use OSA.
