WORST TRANSPORT COMPANY ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH!

OSSO CORPORATION is a DISHONEST company that has put my mother and I through A NIGHTMARE from start to finish LIES, DELAYS, OVERCHARGE, DISAPPOINTMENTS, unbelievable lack of communications and AGGRESSIVE behaviour sum up our experience working with them.
Our verbal and written agreement clearly stated that our car would be delivered on December 31st at LAX. John Macarthur from Auto123 promised that there would not be any inconveniences in scheduling on the 31st because the drivers are not on Holiday, they are working.
So my mother and I flew in LAX from Canada, and arrived on time, ready to meet the driver and get the car after a long day of packing and travelling. No one is there… 3 HOURS LATER, after calling Auto123 several times, leaving endless messages and texting the driver’s personal number, the driver picks up the phone and greets me with an aggressive “WHAT!??”
I tell him I’m waiting for him at the airport, our agreed delivery location, and that I need my car to move to my new place. He says, and I quote, “I don’t care. I’m not working today call me on Jan 2nd.” Then he hung up on me.
Flabbergasted by the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the OSSO Corporation Driver, I call Auto123 Transport to let them know how their subcontractor has treated us. They tell me it’s a holiday, so what else did I expect… wow.
At this point, I’m thinking to myself “Is this a joke? Did I really just spend all my economies on a transportation service that is treating me like s, UNSHAMINGLY breeches the contract and holds my car hostage. Unacceptable.
So I called the driver back and ended up waiting A WHOLE DAY at the airport to finally get the address of where my car is located.
Then I had to pay 45$ USD for an UBER and drive 40 minutes to get to my vehicle, that I just paid 1000$ to get transported. And when I FINALLY get to my car, the driver laughs at my mother’s face and says “when I say I’m not working, I’m not working’’.
His behaviour was as disgusting as the condition in which my car was delivered (covered with dirt, could not see through the windows)
Then, believe it or not, a few days later Auto123 has the nerve to send me an email saying “It was our pleasure to assist you to form start to finish and to have delivered your car as scheduled on December 31st, 2017.”
Trust me, avoid making the mistake I have made, DO NOT WORK WITH AUTO123 nor OSSO CORPORATION!
