I was real leery of the whole shipping thing before I got set up with OAT. I saw a lot of bad reviews and consumer alerts all over the place about the industry as a whole. But I had so many quotes from so many different shippers all in the same range I had no idea who to pick. So I randomly chose whoever called me first and that was Official Auto. The service was okay. Nothing to rave about. The driver was a day late, but they shipped my vehicle within my time frame and I was generally happy with them. What I did like was how they explained how the whole business works and how they answer their phones at just about anytime of the day. I would use them again.
