Unfortunately, it does fall within the realm of possibility for vehicles to incur damage during transport. The drivers treat every vehicle with care and this customer's vehicle was not damaged due to neglect, it was simply an accident that could not have been predicted. The customer asked to be compensated for essentially the entire move without compromise even though we had already paid for the damages to the vehicle, and the driver waited until the last possible moment to pick up the vehicle since the customer advised us that she would need it for as long as possible before her departure to a new city. We have apologized to the customer for the inconvenience.
