This particular customer was provided with a pick up and delivery schedule the very same day that the order was booked. Unfortunately, the following week when her order was supposed to be completely the driver fell ill. We advised the customer of her order status at least two times a day, and when we scheduled her once again three days later she had already hired another transport company. At no point was this customer ever hung up on or mistreated.
