Gave Official transport a 2 week window to pick up vehicle with a agreed upon prce. They never asked any questions about vehicle and had no problem taking there cut of the money. Driver shows up day late and is too large to load vehicle himself and decides he's not taking truck. I couldn't get a hold of Marshall from Official transport until Monday morning 2 days after driver left. Official doesn't get another truck for 2 weeks. The only phone calls between us came from me(All i got was out of office or on another line and didn't return calls either). Once he does find a truck they decide to add $300.00 on top of the price they quoted me. They tell me because truck was off route to pick up my vehicle, ask driver later and find out it wasn't off route just another excuse. All in all 2 weeks late picking up vehicle, no comunication from them and they changed price quote last minute. Will never use again and WOULD NOT recommend to anyone. Very dissappoited and over charged!
