We are moving from Pensacola to Jacksonville and have an old car with sentimental value. The car is drive able but we were hesitant to attempt a 350 mile journey with it. I was given several quotes on line and chose Official Auto transport based on price and the reviews that I was able to obtain on line.
I was nervous as we have never attempted to do something like this before but the experience was a great one.
Customer service was great on the phone. They took the time to explain everything to me and the service went just as promised. The driver was polite on time and very careful with our vehicle on pickup. My daughter was also pleasantly surprised when the car was delivered safely and a day earlier then expected.
Thank you for a great experience. I would recommend this service and organization to anyone
